Project: £ Million New Buildmercial & Office DevelopmentDuration: 38 Weeks+We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a £ million new-buildmercial and office development in Canterbury. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable main contractor on a high-profile project from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff

Ensure health & safetypliance and quality control standards are met

Liaise with clients, consultants, and the wider project team

Requirements:

Proven experience managing new-buildmercial projects of similar scale

Strong leadership andmunication skills

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications

Ability to manage programmes, logistics, and site documentation
