About the role
Based at our Auckland–Albany Box Lobby, our Mail Officer delivers an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby.
The role is busy, varied, and will see you developing your problem‑solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality customer service at front counters and Box Lobby.
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Perform administrative and data‑entry tasks.
- Support the central mail operation within the specified shift hours.
Qualifications
- Available to work Monday–Saturday, 5am–11am.
- Minimum restricted driving licence.
- Comfortable in a physically demanding role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to think on the fly.
- Administration and data entry skills.
