Mainframe Developer

Our client, is a IT Services and Consulting company, is looking for a Mainframe Developer for their Dearborn Heights, MI location.

 

Requirements:

• Need the Bachelors + Masters (if available) certificates for the profiles


• 10–15 years of experience in Mainframe development (IBM z/OS environment)

Strong expertise in:

• COBOL (programming & enhancements)


• JCL (batch processing and job scheduling)


• CICS (online transaction processing)


• DB2 (database design, SQL, performance tuning)


• Experience with VSAM, IMS (optional but preferred)


• Strong knowledge of batch processing, OLTP systems, and system integration [(url removed)]


• Hands-on experience with debugging tools (e.g., Abend-AID, Xpediter) and utilities
