**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage and maintain enterprise batch scheduling environments using **CA7 and/or TWS**
+ Define, schedule, and monitor batch jobs, calendars, and workflows across multiple LPARs
+ Configure **job dependencies (time-based, event-based, predecessor/successor relationships)** to ensure correct execution sequencing
+ Troubleshoot scheduling issues, including delays, dependency failures, and system constraints
+ Implement and maintain scheduling standards, naming conventions, and operational procedures
