Experience Requirements D
to years of strong handson experience in COBOL DB JCL and CICS
Proven expertise in endtoend production support complex abend analysis and rootcause resolution
Deep understanding of zOS architecture DB performance tuning advanced SQL and debugging
Strong experience working with ServiceNow and leading incidentproblem management efforts
ITIL certification required or strongly preferred
Extensive experience in / production support environments including primary oncall ownership
Willingness to lead and support afterhours critical production issues
Strong financial services insurance domain experience preferred
