Maintainance Engineer-Landscape

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise landscape maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess health of plants, turf, and irrigation systems.
• Coordinate with supervisors, technicians, and gardeners to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance of irrigation systems, pumps, and other landscape equipment.
• Identify plant diseases, pest issues, and propose appropriate treatments.
• Ensure proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and maintenance tools.
• Maintain inventory of tools, materials, and equipment required for ongoing maintenance.
• Prepare site reports, maintenance logs, and update records regularly.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve maintenance-related concerns.
