General Information/Job Summary
Saulsbury Industries is seeking a Maintenance and Facilities Assistant to be responsible for providing assistance to the Real Estate and Facilities Manager in the maintenance and operation of all SI owned or leased properties.
Responsibilities/Competencies
Perform routine maintenance on the buildings which includes changing light bulbs, small plumbing issues in bathrooms and kitchens, make minor repair to heating, cooling, plumbing building systems
Notify facilities manager of any needed repairs
Move furniture, business equipment when required
Load, unload or stack containers, materials or product
Control & monitor irrigation system & make small repairs
Keep four kitchens clean & stocked with supplies
Keep conference rooms cleaned & organized
