Maintenance Assistant Engineer - Physical Access System/CCTV

The person will be responsible for the maintenance of security systems at customer sites. They will ensure faults pertaining to functional and operational aspects of the systems are rectified according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Perform route preventive maintenance, patching, and updates of the system.
• Provide corrective maintenance for frontend devices such as access control readers, controllers, and CCTV.
• Ensure the deployed system functionalities and working condition are maintained at all times.
• Perform fault rectifications, software enhancements, bug fixes, testing, and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
• Work as part of a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime, and achieve business KPI.
