Job Description
Job Summary
Assists General Maintenance Repairmen with projects and cleans up job sites.
Job Duties
+ Assists repairmen by delivering tools and materials to the job site, cleaning up job sites and returning tools and materials to the proper storage areas.
+ Assists with removing built-in fixtures and tearing down walls.
+ Collects and sorts recycling and shredding.
+ Assists with painting projects.
+ Provides limited electrical services such as changing light bulbs, etc.
+ Provides limited HVCA services such as changing filters, etc.
+ Maintains accurate daily records of time and materials.
+ Maintains all tools and equipment in a safe and operable condition.
+ Reports problems to the supervisor.
+ Assists other trade areas for seasonal requirements as needed.
+ Provides assistance with Security as needed.
+ Sweeps sidewalks to main entrance as needed.
