WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• 1-2 years of building systems and maintenance experience, preferably within a multi‑residential asset class.
• Passion for providing an exceptional resident service experience through excellent communication skills.
• Someone that thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work on‑call on a rotating schedule (evenings & weekends).
