The Control Engineer is responsible for the design, development, installation, management, and maintenance of equipment used to monitor and control systems (e.g., PLCs), machinery, and processes.
The position's mission is to plan, coordinate, and control all activities related to PLCs, HMIs, and displays, as well as to prepare the necessary resources to support in the event of a machine control failure and implement action plans for the continuous improvement of all relevant manufacturing engineering processes.
He or she is also responsible for developing and guiding (coaching) maintenance engineers and technicians in the area of control engineering.
