About the Opportunity
Executive Inn Hotel is seeking a reliable and hands-on Part TimeMaintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring
the hotel property is maintained to a high standard, providing a safe,
functional, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
Working closely with hotel operations, the successful
candidate will undertake a wide range of maintenance duties across guest rooms,
public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance throughout the hotel property, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
  • Identify maintenance issues proactively and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and tradespeople as required.
