Maintenance Coordinator / Property Manager | USA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Coordinator. This is a remote, work-from-home position supporting residential properties in the United States. Immediate joining only .
Key Responsibilities:
Review and assess all inbound maintenance work orders for accuracy and legitimacy
Troubleshoot maintenance issues with residents via phone, email, or messaging
Determine whether work orders are emergency, standard, or cosmetic
Approve or deny work orders based on company policies
Dispatch and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely completion of work
Act as the main point of contact between residents and vendors throughout the process
Review before and after photos submitted by vendors
Verify, review, and approve vendor invoices
Obtain owner approval for work exceeding maintenance limits
Escalate complex or high-risk issues to the Property Manager
Maintain and update work orders daily within the system
