Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) Equipment repair plans/procedures in coordination with equipment suppliers and engineering Supervise technicians Manage expense budgets Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Create and oversite maintenance procedures Oversight of on-site machinery repairs (maintenance shop support) Oversight of third party machinery fabrication shops including hold point inspections Review plant equipment purchase recommendations for operability, maintainability, and reliability. Understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) usage for preventive maintenance, failure reporting and equipment history management. Experience with industrial heavy machinery is required. Experience with predictive maintenance technologies such as vibration analysis, thermographics and lubrication monitoring.
