Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve major production equipment failures, and develop long-term corrective actions to minimize recurring issues.
• Lead equipment modification, optimization, and tooling improvement projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
• Develop preventive maintenance standards, maintenance procedures, and work instructions, while providing technical guidance to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts management and external maintenance activities.
• Prepare equipment reports, technical documentation, and project-related records, and support departmental initiatives.
• Respond to production line emergencies and provide support during night shifts, overtime, and holiday standby when required.
