Maintenance Engineer

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on production equipment, including block moulders, pre-expanders, hotwire cutters, conveyors, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
Carry out reactive maintenance promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
Conduct regular facility inspections, including but not limited to cooling tower, boiler, compressed air systems, and general plant infrastructure.
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using the sites maintenance management system.
Identify and report potential equipment failures or safety issues, recommending corrective actions where necessary.
Assist with machine upgrades, installations, and modifications as required.
