Maintenance Engineer (Tijuana)

Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and internal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider‑Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures).

• Tool maintenance management
  • Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations
  • Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI
  • Supports tool transfers
  • Carries out tool audits
  • Manage tools inventory & tools data collection
  • Manage tools capacity
  • Manage tools maintenance budget & roadmap
• Material productivity
  • Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis
  • Proposes & industrializes QVE ideas
• User of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
  • Knows & uses CMMS (Corim or Avantis VTM)...
