Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their logistics operation in Venlo. This is a newly created position within the maintenance team, offering the opportunity to make a real impact and help shape the role from the ground will join a team of two mechanics and act as the technical specialist for more complex technical issues. While the team handles day-to-day maintenance, you will focus on diagnosing recurring problems, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable solutions. In addition, you will contribute to technical projects and continuous improvement initiatives within a dynamic warehouse environment. What will you do?
