Job Description
Responsibilities
Provides overall coordination on building maintenance.
Maintaining and upkeep all building services works.
Troubleshooting when there is failure.
Schedule daily work program.
Coordinates with inter-departments on Megamall’s upgrading works and tenants’ fit-out works.
Regular maintenance on Megamall’s common area to ensure the systems are in good condition and minimize the time taken for breakdown replacement.
Records and monitors maintenance and replacement work done for tenants.
Coordinates and supervises works carried out by contractors.
Organise, manage and supervise daily tasks to be performed by supervisors and technicians.
Prepare daily and monthly reports.
Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.
