Your new role 
Planned & reactive joinery — doors, frames, skirting, flooring, and general building fabric repairs
Site inspections and clear reporting
Professional tenant/client interaction on occupied sites
What you'll need to succeed 
Valid CSR card
Full UK driving licence
Willingness toplete a Basic AccessNI check
Strong joinery background, ideally within maintenance environments
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
