Maintenance Leader
Report: Plant Director, O&M Manager
Responsibilities
- Establish a preventative and routine maintenance procedure and plan
- Monitor and record all maintenance activities, alert Plant Director of significant maintenance
- Identify and evaluate equipment that needs replacement
- Maintain the physical condition of equipment by performing routine inspections and repairs
- Repair or replace defective components
- Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment such as motors, valves, instruments, and pipes
- Install new pipe, machinery, equipment, etc.
- Work with contractors for equipment repair and replacement when needed
- Monitor machinery operation to ensure that it is working properly
- Inspect machines and equipment for signs of damage or wear
- Apply preventative measures to reduce the risk of future problems
