IntroductionWe are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our Rubber Mexico team.You will be responsible to ensure high accuracy and completeness of information (tasks, man-hours, parts,materials,spareparts) in maintenance plans, you will report to the General Manager, Rubber plate factoryThis position is mainly located in Irapuato, Guanajauato MX.Team you belong toYou will join a team dedicated to providing solutions to our Maintenance team and stakeholders.
**What you'll do**:- Develop and manage detailed maintenance plans, schedules, and work orders- Monitor resources (manpower, parts, time, budgets) and optimize maintenance execution- Analyze labor and spare part usage to drive continuous improvement- Maintain accurate maintenance records using our Maintenance Database System- Coordinate with vendors and production teams to ensure contract compliance and timely delivery- Lead monthly reporting on predictive and corrective maintenance, as well as utility consumption (water, el...
