Overview
The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of maintenance technicians in a 24/7 plant environment, working closely with the Site Director and collaborating with Corporate Engineering, Quality, Production, and Safety. The role focuses on continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and efficient maintenance operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage maintenance personnel, including job assignments, training, and development.
- Provide on‑hour and off‑hour emergency response to major equipment issues, damage control, and personnel assignment as needed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by enforcing all company policies, SOPs, HACCP guidelines, GMPs, and safety rules and procedures.
- Advise management of discrepancies and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain and store all tools and maintenance equipment so it is easily accessible and in good working order.
