Primary Responsibilities:
Hands on leadership of 5+ mechanics supporting 75 person facility equipped with multiple types of machinery

Directs and assists team members with electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment.

Maintains inventory and oversees purchases of parts

Establishes and adjusts work procedures and schedules to meet company demand
