Job Description
The Group Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all maintenance activities across the organization’s facilities, by bringing TPM / autonomous maintenance and lean methodologies, as well as emphasizing and integrating AI in the maintenance management systems.
Scope includes manufacturing plants, company vehicles, agricultural assets, and any other infrastructure or equipment requiring maintenance. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards across all sites.
