Maintenance Manager - etobicoke (Toronto)

Permanent FTE. On-site in North York. Pay: $120,000-$140,000.

Required Skills & Experience

• Mechanical Engineering background or equivalent technical training/experience (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering strongly preferred)
• Minimum of 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a leadership role
• Solid interpersonal, communication, and conflict management skills, with the ability to influence and lead effectively
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of managing high-performing teams

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with assembly systems, Hydrolinks, Dematics, boilers, and pumps
• Strong working knowledge of SAP PM software (Plant Maintenance)
• Trade certification (433A – Industrial Mechanic/Millwright or 422A – Industrial Electrician) strongly preferred
