Job Description
We have a position available for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team to oversee and optimize the maintenance operations in a Manufacturing Facility
- Millwright Qualification
- 10 Years within the Manufacturing Industry
- Extensive knowledge of Plant Production, operations and maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring the plant operates at optimal efficiency
- Manage the budget, procurement and inventory of spare parts
- Collaborate with the operation and production teams
- Maintain compliance with health & safety and environmental regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
