Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager for their CPG Manufacturing Facility near Monmouth IL. The current Maintenance Manager is retiring but will be working with the new Manager for several months to ensure a smooth transition. The Maintenance Manager will lead the maintenance department of 15-16 Direct Reports to ensure optimal performance of all equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This role drives preventive maintenance programs, minimizes downtime, supports plant projects, and ensures compliance with safety & food quality standards.
