An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Maintenance Manager team Leader to join our Client based in Southgate, N14.

The responsibility of the Maintenance Manager involves the general management of the Maintenance Operatives, overseeing the allocation of maintenance jobs, ensuring that there is structure and efficiency within the team, and that all tasks are completed to the required standard, and within a timely manner.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Providing estimates for works when requested
• Assess jobs prior to Maintenance Operatives attending, and provide office with timescales, costings and oversee the job
• Training maintenance staff to standards
• Supervise and direct preparations
• Inspections
• Spot checks
• Control works orders and organiser on CFP
• Timesheets and overtime
• Petty Cash sign off...
