Job Description
Business Manager at HCR Personnel Solutions HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in the GTA who needs to hire a Maintenance Department Manager. What they are looking for is someone who has been employed as a Maintenance Manager in a fast paced manufacturing setting.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or Skilled Trade CofQ with equivalent experience
5+ years proven maintenance/facility management experience in manufacturing (preferably automotive)
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, HVAC, electrical systems, PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics
Proficient with CMMS and maintenance/facility management software
In-depth understanding of safety regulations, environmental standards and compliance
