Job Description
**Job Title: Maintenance Technician | 2nd and 3rd shift openings!**
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
+ Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, filter changes, and belt replacements.
+ Support the setup and teardown of production equipment during line changes.
+ Document maintenance activities and equipment issues in tracking systems.
+ Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area and follow 5S standards.
+ Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE.
+ Assist with facility-related repairs like lighting and minor plumbing.
+ Participate in maintenance training and skill development programs.
+ Support emergency maintenance needs as required.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of experience in maintenance repair
+ Knowledge of shafts, bearings, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
