Summary This is a permanent, full-time WG-4749-10 Maintenance Mechanic position located at Zion National Park in Springdale, Utah. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and perform park-wide HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning) systems maintenance and repair. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and perform park-wide HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning) systems maintenance and repair. Incumbent utilizes journeyman to master level knowledge and skills as a Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) technician. Park-wide HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning) - 60% Must have extensive experience in commercial HVAC mechanical equipment-Heat Pumps, Boilers, Chillers, Air Handlers, Circulation Pumps, VAVs, Package Units, as well as experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
