Job scope: We are looking to recruit a proactive and reliable Maintenance Officer to join a well-established residential care home in Colchester. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience and practical trade skills, with the ability to ensure the home, grounds, fixtures, and equipment are maintained to a high standard. As a Maintenance Officer, you will work closely with the Home Manager to provide a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs, decorating, grounds maintenance, and supporting health and safety compliance throughout the home.
