Maintenance Officer (Electrical)

About the role

To maintain the Pharma Machines and related equipment that supports the production operations in running condition, complying with current Engineering, GMP and EHS guidelines.

Role responsibilities

• Ensure and implement effective procedures / methods during maintenance of Automation and Control of Process equipment in Blister & Solid Mfg. areas.
• Ensure compliance to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Reduce machine breakdown by effective and timely maintenance.
• Replace or adjust small machine parts such as sensors, valves, controllers during maintenance.
• Supervise all electrical related complaints of Solid manufacturing and Blister areas.
• Ensure timely execution of PM plan and share observations with the Operational Maintenance Lead.
