Maintenance Operations Manager at Dollarama

Drive efficient facility management as the Maintenance Operations Manager at Dollarama for a one-year contract. Oversee day-to-day operations and a dedicated team across Canada.
Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will manage the daily activities related to facility management and support a diverse team in Montreal and El Salvador. Responsibilities include responding to urgent maintenance requests, overseeing a high volume of work, and ensuring compliance with service contracts. Your expertise will contribute significantly to improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise service agents and coordinators across locations
• Provide support for emergency and urgent maintenance requests
• Analyze ticketing reports for workflow optimization
• Manage compliance with contractor Service Level Agreements
• Develop new initiatives for Maintenance department improvement
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Management or related field
