The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Maintenance Operative to join our Estates and Facilities team.   In this vital role, you will help ensure the College estate is safe, well‑maintained and fit for purpose by delivering both preventative and reactive maintenance. You will work closely with the Group Estate Maintenance Manager and Facilities Managers to carry out repairs, monitor the condition of the estate and help provide a high‑quality environment for learners, staff and visitors.
