About our home:
Based in the heart of Maida Vale close to the historic BBC Radio studios, Beachcroft House is a new purpose-built home fitted complete with modern furnishings. Opened in September 2020 Beachcroft House is a block-bed contract home, dedicated to supporting the Westminster Council for up to 84 older people with physical disabilities, frailty and/or living with dementia.
Responsibilities + Maintaining the building and equipment + Carry out routine checks weekly, monthly, annually on systems in the home and ensuring that external checks are carried out within the agreed timeframe – e.g Loler testing + Monitor and respond to the fire alarm call, boilers and lift.
+ Make effective and efficient use of resources in any maintenance or repair. + To conduct Banking and purchase of small items for the home.
