Maintenance Planner Assistant (Fixed Term)

Purpose of Role

To enable and ensure optimal equipment reliability and performance by implementing the distribution of scheduled work, shut plans and maintaining the maintenance system to generate daily reports and manage scheduling in alignment with maintenance strategies in order to continuously track and improve maintenance process across the plant in alignment to regulatory requirements.

Role Context

Operational Delivery

• Distribute all job cards detailing scheduled work to Engineering and Production team and ensure accurate capturing on relevant system to maintain proactive maintenance scheduling and minimise downtime.


• Encourage and implement systems for feedback on job card quality by identifying returning job cards, applying root cause analysis and highlighting re-occurring defects and reporting on such to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce recurring issues.
