Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Planning Lead to join our Glencore Sudbury Integrated Nickel Operations . This is a full-time, permanent, staff position.

Pay range: $143,000 to $160,000 plus annual variable compensation bonus.

Duties and Accountabilities

• Lead the planning and coordination of planned maintenance activities at the Smelter.
• Provide leadership and coordination to maintenance planning, shutdown readiness, and work management processes to support safe and efficient maintenance execution.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to support routine maintenance planning, shutdowns, and Down Day activities.
