Maintenance Reliability Manager

Overview:We're working with a client that is building a new greenfield manufacturing facility near Charlotte, NC and they’re looking to add a Maintenance Reliability Manager to their team.

This role will lead the site’s overall asset care strategy, building an ISO 55000-aligned reliability program from the ground up while overseeing maintenance operations to ensure strong uptime, safety, and PSM Mechanical Integrity compliance. You’ll partner closely with plant leadership to establish best practices, drive root cause improvements, and develop a high-performing team in a growth-oriented environment. The first year will primarily focus on launching the site - building out programs, developing and implementing training, installing equipment, and setting processes.
