Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Engineer (Design)

Job Description:
Lead planning, design, and implementation of MRO engineering activities related to land systems. Develop and review technical documentation, including maintenance manuals, repair procedures, and engineering change requests (Mechanical and Hydraulic systems). Conduct technical analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex engineering challenges in mechanical and hydraulic systems. Collaborate closely with operations, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize maintenance schedules and inventory management. Manage projects to ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with industry standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending process enhancements and cost-saving measures. Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior engineering staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
