Comunilife Inc. is looking for a Maintenance Specialist for its residential program in Brooklyn. Primary assignment: Reports to the building Superintendent to maintain the Throop and Woodhull Residences, though the Maintenance Specialist may be assigned to congregate, transitional or to scattered site programs and may be reassigned to different sites as required by the programs. Under supervision of the Superintendent, repair and maintain assigned premises and keep the facility clean and organized. Responsible for the general safety conditions of the assigned facility.
