Maintenance Staff Member - Kildare & Wicklow

We are currently recruiting for a full-time Maintenance Staff Member to join our team. This is a highly autonomous, proactive role that requires a person who is both organised and hands-on and includes travelling to community houses across Kildare and Wicklow, performing planned maintenance tasks

Duties may include (but are not restricted to):

• General property repairs and maintenance to include painting and minor plumbing repairs and repairs to fixtures and fittings
• General gardening and outdoor maintenance
•  Moving loads
• Be part of 'On Call' team for out of hours work 

Essential Qualities:

• Full driving licence
• Flexible with a can-do attitude
• Good time management
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English
