Your Opportunity as a (Technical) Maintenance Supervisor
In this role you will supervise, lead, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel while fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Oversee the upkeep of existing equipment and the installation of new equipment. Partner with plant operations to plan and direct maintenance and facility activities with a focus on quality, productivity, downtime reduction, and defect prevention
Location: 1969 Victory Drive Columbus, GA (Hostess Manufacturing Plant)
Work Arrangements: 100% on-site, PM 10-Hour shift. Flexibility required. Willingness to work off shift (including nights, weekends, and/or holidays) and flow to the work as needed
