Job Description Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our team of maintenance technicians in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical background (major) complemented by mechanical knowledge, and hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing machines including CNC and manual machines. The supervisor will also be responsible for interpreting electrical diagrams, PLC programming, and mechanical drawings, ensuring efficient and safe plant operations.
