We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor – Fixed Term, to be the go‑to leader for our Maintenance Technicians across 23 care homes. Reporting to the Property & Maintenance Manager, you’ll build strong partnerships with Care Home Managers, contractors, and suppliers while helping drive maintenance excellence across our Auckland, Bay of Plenty, and Waikato facilities. This role is a 2‑year Fixed Term role.
