What You'll Do:

Lead, schedule, and supervise the maintenance team to complete work orders, unit make-readies, and repairs accurately and on time

Oversee property inspections, safety checks, and preventative maintenance to keep all buildings, equipment, and grounds in excellent condition

Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, supplies, and budgets to ensure cost-effective operations

Respond to maintenance emergencies, participate in the on-call rotation, and maintain readiness for after-hours issues
