Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and organizing your work team's activities, prioritizing tasks that require immediate attention and ensuring they are carried out safely and timely.
Organize and assign workflow and ensure employees understand their duties or delegated work tasks.
Assess the work performance of the team and identify areas that need improvement.
Analyze and make decisions on critical equipment failures.
Ensure that productive and peripheral equipment is working 100% to avoid downtime for repairs.
Coordinate equipment and building improvement projects.
Maintain peripheral equipment of the plant (air conditioners, compressors, chillers, fire protection system, building, etc.) in operating condition.
