Maintenance Supervisor - N2P

SUMMARY:
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys  handsâon farm work as much as being on the tools. While your main focus will be on preventative and reactive maintenance – from buildings and equipment to electrical, water and feed systems – you’ll also be actively involved in dayâtoâday piggery farming activities, working closely with the Farm Manager and production team. Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and manage a preventative maintenance schedule for buildings, equipment and infrastructure across the piggery.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and carry out or coordinate repairs in a timeous manner.
• Maintain and improve the wet feeding system; troubleshoot issues and liaise with service providers where necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery, vehicles, water, electrical and structural systems to identify risks and maintenance needs.
