Maintenance Supervisor - Village Carver I/II

Bilingual preferred Driver License required EPA - HVAC Knowledge a plus Job Summary: Under direct supervision of the Community Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the preservation and upkeep of the property and the safety of all maintenance personnel of the property. The Maintenance Supervisor will be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) Standards and company safety policies and procedures at all times. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
